FARM HOUSE CHEDDAR

A natural white Farm House Cheddar made with fresh cow's milk. Always a family favourite, this versatile cheese is wonderful on a lunch plate, at a picnic or with a big slice of warm apple pie.

COUNTRY MORNING

A traditional Welsh-type cheese similar to Caerphilly. Country Morning has a crumbly, creamy texture with a slight, nutty sharpness.

ALPINE GOLD

Alpine Gold is a washed-curd, washed-rind cheese. It features a deliciously smelly, golden-orange rind which gives a distinct flavour to the straw-coloured, semi-soft interior. 

FARM HOUSE GOUDA

A real, old-fashioned farm house style Gouda with a slight sweetness. We also produce varieties with herbs, cumin seeds, and chilis. 

FARM HOUSE BRIE

An authentic, naturally-ripened Brie, hand-ladled, smooth and runny, with a delicious, mushroomy aroma.

FARM HOUSE CAMEMBERT

Just like in France - a natural, mould-ripened favourite. Smooth, creamy interior with a white, bloomy crust and pronounced truffle taste, our Camembert is eagerly sought by cheese connoisseurs.

CASTLE BLUE

A rich, creamy, blue-veined cheese, semi-soft, with a sweet undertone. Incomparable!

COUNTRY BLUE

Made with a tradtional Stilton recipe, it features a creamy, crumbly texture with blue mottling throughout and balanced salt and sharpness.

LADY JANE

A recent addition to our cheese family, Lady Jane has a dense, creamy texture encased in a delicate mould-ripened crust, meltingly smooth to the point of decadence. Similar to a French Chaource. Try it with a glass of Prosecco.

FROMAGE FRAIS

A fresh, cream cheese made with whole dairy milk and an aromatic European culture which gives it a lemony freshness. It is wonderful plain or in spreads and baking. Available bulk in tubs or table-ready, three-inch rounds in various flavours.

QUARK

A fresh, unripened, European-style, soft, spreadable cheese, Quark is wonderful for baked cheesecakes, and spreads and dips. Made from partially-skimmed, fresh cow's milk.

ST. GEORGE

A semi-firm disk of mould-ripened goats' milk cheese with a rich, smooth, lingering flavour.

LA PYRAMIDE

An exquisite, French-style goats' milk cheese, ash-ripened to a complex, lingering flavour. One bite is never enough.

LA FLORETTE

A small round of mould-ripened goats' milk cheese with a delicate, fresh flavour that becomes more pronounced with age.

GOAT CHEDDAR

A delicious and complex cheddar flavour made from fresh goats' milk. A great cheese!

GOAT CAERPHILLY

A semi-firm white cheese with a mild tangy-sweet flavour and a dry but creamy texture.

GOAT BRIE

A true delicacy from fresh goats' milk, smooth and runny with a creamy tang.

GOAT GOUDA

A perfectly friendly cheese with a smooth, light texture that slices and melts like a dream on a sandwich, in a casserole, or on the table.

AGED GOAT GOUDA

Aged version of above cheese with a sharp, spicy flavour.

PEPPERCORN GOAT GOUDA

Spicy peppercorns and sweet red chilis give this cheese a great taste and lots of colour.

FRESH CHEVRE

Made of fresh goats' milk, a soft, spreadable, unripened cheese, perfect for appetizers or baking.
